Where applicable and unless stated or implied, all rifles and carbines manufactured, supplied, distributed and/or sold by Oakrise Arms have been specifically and strictly manufactured as manual eject/manual reload repeating firearms to comply with the relevant sections of the Firearms Act 1968 (as amended) and acquisition/possession falls under sections 1 and 33 et seq. of the Act. 

For the avoidance of any doubt with regard to the specific manual eject/manual reload repeating firearms, none of these specific firearms will never have been firearms that have ever fallen under section 5 of the Act in any case.  

Except where expressly stated, all MLR rifles and carbines offered for sale are second hand, previously used firearms and, where applicable, are of only partial new manufacture, unless specifically stated. Where component parts of existing and/or original rifles or carbines are used, these component parts, with express reference to the Act, are section 1 component parts and fall under section 1 control.

With the exception of new component parts, no further warranty is either expressed or implied, except and where applicable, a manufacturer’s warranty may apply. Statutory rights remain unaffected. No warranty is either expressed or implied with regard to the use of the firearms or for any loss or damage sustained to any party whatsoever resulting from the misuse of the firearm, defective ammunition or the use of non-commercial ammunition.

All firearms carry current Commission Internationale Permanente pour l'épreuve des armes à feu portatives (CIP) proof. The current list of reciprocating Member States may be found at www.cip-bobp.org

Conditions of purchase are strictly to Section 1 FAC holders with the appropriate variation for the calibre/type of the rifle or carbine ordered and/or to mainland UK Registered Firearms Dealers.

It is a strict condition that photocopies or .pdf scans of the front page and variations page clearly showing the appropriate calibre and type authorisation is supplied with all orders, together with the full contact details of the customer’s Firearms Officer and the nominated Registered Firearms Dealer that the firearm(s) will be shipped to.

No orders for section 1 firearms can be placed in without a correctly varied FAC.

Shipping charges to the nominated RFD is at a flat charge of £25.00 per rifle to mainland UK destinations with any applicable surcharges for shipping to Northern Ireland, this expressly excludes any transfer charges that may be imposed locally. Shipping rates for bulk purchases are negotiable and for specific products, may be waived entirely. Please refer to the product information pages for more information.
